The Governor of the State of Chihuahua, Cesar Duarte, discussed important Aerospace Industry topics with the U.S. ambassador in Mexico, Anthony Wayne, during his visit last March. The most important concern was the one related to the possibility to place Chihuahua into the sights of the American Aerospace Industry.

Thinking of Mexican aerospace sector may seem futuristic, but this is a reality for Chihuahua. Out of the 59 companies in this sector, 39 are located in the State, due to the geographical and connectivity advantages. Direct access to the U.S., with daily flights and more than 40 years of experience in the automotive, metallurgical and aerospace sectors, are some of the benefits this state has to offer. Additional to this, economy growth rates in Chihuahua support the presence of over 300 factories, labeling it as one of the most viable destinations for the worldwide expansion in the aerospace sector, also to benefit development and economy in this state.
