Daimler boosts the Alianza Industrial Park

The 80% of the companies established at the Alianza Industrial Park concluded their expansions and some of them are even planning a third expansion. As a result of this growth, the complex has reached over one million square feet of industrial buildings.

With this, the automotive industry reaffirms itself as the main driver for growth in the Southeast region of Coahuila. This booming is boosted by the production increase of Daimler Trucks (Freightliner), which will raise from 200 to 260 produced units daily. For this reason, the suppliers need to keep the pace of this tractors assembler. On the other hand, the fourth plant of the Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) started operations, generating 100 new job positions. In this way, the supplier companies established at the Alianza Industrial Park increased their work force from 1,100 to 1,600 employees, approximately.
