The Monterrey’s International Airport prepares for an Aero Hub

Due to the demand growth projections, expected with the arrival of KIA and its supply chain, the Monterrey’s International Airport, the largest of the Central North Airport Group (OMA), is getting ready for the expansion of the air cargo services infrastructure, planning to invest over US$51.6 million, including the purchase of lands.

The air cargo service demand will be boosted by the light, heavy and electronics manufacturing sectors. Besides, the DHL Company estimates that the international courier services will be boosted in Nuevo Leon and Coahuila as well.
