EL MIRAGE, AZ – Vinyl window and door systems manufacturer and installer Avanti Windows & Doors announced the construction of a new facility in El Mirage, Arizona.
The 303,419-square-foot site will serve as the company’s headquarters, manufacturing capabilities, and field installation operations for the Valley, as reported by the Arizona Commerce Authority.
The new facility’s capabilities will allow Avanti to continue its industry support to its Big Builder customers throughout the Southwest and beyond in their new homebuilding efforts.
“The El Mirage facility will serve as a flagship model for the professional development of our manufacturing, installation and support team members in a way unlike any other in our industry. Building our people for the future will ensure the support of our Big Builder customers as they strive to meet the nation’s housing demand,” said Dustin Petty, President of Avanti Windows & Doors.
The company’s headquarters is expected to provide more than 200 new full-time jobs, with the site supporting more than 600 people in total across manufacturing, field, and support operations.
Petty noted the support of the ACA combined with the tremendous attention the City of El Mirage has given to the new factory facility.
