PHOENIX, AZ – Plug and Play celebrated the official launch of its new Arizona location during an event in Phoenix.
Last month, Plug and Play announced its expansion to Arizona, and has already released the names of its first three founding partners for this new location – Intel, Honeywell Aerospace and Raytheon Missiles & Defense.
“We are incredibly excited to be working with the Arizona Commerce Authority and a truly world-class group of founding partners in the semiconductor, aerospace and mobility sectors,” said Saeed Amidi, CEO and Founder of Plug and Play.
Plug and Play Arizona’s partners will hand-select startups to join its three-month advanced manufacturing program. The first batch will focus on startups creating solutions in workforce training, supply chain visibility, predictive maintenance, robotics and automation. The initial 10-15 accepted startups will be announced by the end of April.

Plug and Play is a global innovation platform that conducts programs in more than 50 locations around the world. This Arizona office will bring together stakeholders from across the state who want to bring innovation to the forefront of their businesses.
The company will work with program partners to find the most relevant startups to solve problems in a specific industry.
