TEMPE, AZ – Foresight Technologies announced that it will establish a new Center of Excellence for the production of high purity fluid and chemical systems equipment at its Tempe, Arizona campus.
The Foresight Technology Center (FTC) focuses on partnerships with OEMs and semiconductor fabs to support the development and production of high purity fluid delivery equipment for the semiconductor and chemical markets.
The Center will consist of Foresight’s current 80,000-square-foot Tempe operations plus a new 100,000-square-foot contiguous facility that is expected to be fully operational in the third quarter of 2023. The Foresight Technology Center will create an additional 250 jobs, doubling Foresight’s current workforce.

Foresight has been based in Arizona since 1995 and has experienced continued growth due to relationships with major semiconductor OEMs and proximity to the largest concentration of semiconductor fabs in the United States, Hull added.
The Foresight Technology Center (FTC) will focus on providing high-purity equipment integration and fluid acceptance testing facilities for leading-edge OEM modules, slurry systems, chemical distribution, valve boxes, manufacturing infrastructure and other plastic-based equipment.
In addition, the center will serve both U.S. and non-U.S. customers, enabling them to rapidly increase capacity, reduce costs and provide direct local support to their U.S.-based manufacturing customers, all while maintaining strategic relationships with end customers and product intellectual property.

Foresight’s expansion shows the rapid momentum of Arizona’s semiconductor industry, with recent announcements including Moov and Cactus Materials in Tempe, Edwards in Chandler and Benchmark in Mesa.
