CALIFORNIA – California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC) launched a Sourcing and Procurement Platform (CSPP) as a way to offer solutions to state manufacturers in the face of increasing complexity in managing supply chains.
The platform will serve as a digital marketplace designed by and for manufacturers, is powered by Sustainment, and seeks to facilitate secure connection and collaboration between buyers and suppliers in California, as well as across the national network.
In addition, the CSPP will allow manufacturers to showcase their business and explore unlimited opportunities to expand into new markets.
To join the CSPP you need to create an account on the platform, upload your profile and highlight your products or services, then you will be able to find and contact buyers and suppliers in the state.
CMTC also noted that the application offers a number of benefits for manufacturers such as facilitating the connection with buyers and suppliers in California and the rest of the country; it also allows secure and efficient communication between the parties involved and offers the opportunity to showcase their business to a wide audience. More than 25,000 CMTC members are already part of the CSPP community.
