CHIHUAHUA – The Instituto de Apoyo al Desarrollo Tecnológico (INADET) together with the Fideicomiso Estatal para el Fomento de las Actividades Productivas en el Estado de Chihuahua (Fideapech) and the Municipal Government of Chihuahua signed the collaboration agreement “Programa de capacitación especializada para la empleabilidad y el escalamiento de las MIPyMEs” (Specialized training program for the employability and scaling of MSMEs).
The above, within the framework of the start-up of the programs that are part of the MSME Ecosystem, and with the objective of strengthening the joint work that has been consolidated between the state and municipal governments to support micro, small and medium-sized companies through specialized training.
The Secretary of Innovation and Economic Development, Ulises Fernández, accompanied the municipal president of Chihuahua, Marco Bonilla, in the presentation of the MSME Ecosystem model.
The state official emphasized that this program generates the conditions for MSMEs and entrepreneurs to scale their competitiveness, ensuring that their business models strengthen issues such as the environment, shared value and quality of work.
He added that through Fideapech, more than 500 credits have been placed and more than 700 million pesos have been dispersed since the beginning of the administration.
“These credits have contributed to the generation of employment and the acquisition of equipment that have increased efficiency in the productive process of companies, transforming their reality and increasing their competitiveness,” said Fernandez.
Mayor Marco Bonilla highlighted that a purse of 10 million pesos will be used for business and employability training, with the support of INADET and the High Technology Training Center (CENALTEC) and other allies such as the School of Competitive Business and Solidarity Economy (ENCES), as well as the Family Economy Integration Modules (MIFAMS).
