TEXAS – Eastman will add an additional manufacturing plant in Longview, Texas. The company produces specialty materials for eyewear, cosmetics packaging, medical equipment, textiles, films, coatings and more.

“Texas is where businesses flourish and people thrive. This additional Eastman facility in Longview will bring hundreds of good-paying jobs to Texans and millions in capital investment to East Texas,” said Governor Greg Abbott.

“We deeply appreciate the support of Governor Abbott and the State of Texas for their continued partnership as we announce this major investment in our Longview facility,” said Mark Costa, Eastman Chairman and CEO,
