For his part, the head of SEPROA announced that the State Water Program (PEH) of Baja California was recently presented, based on the diagnosis of the current situation of the state, both in terms of drinking water, distribution and sanitation infrastructure.
This guiding document includes 58 projects and actions qualified as necessary in order to have an optimal water supply, mainly in the communities of the coastal zone. The main projects include four desalination projects, four rehabilitation and expansion projects in the area of sanitation and three reuse projects, as well as the strengthening of infrastructure in drinking water and sewerage networks.
