ARIZONA – Green Bay Packaging Company (GBP) announced the acquisition of an approximately 80-acre site near Phoenix, Arizona.
The land, located on the NEC/SEC at Bianco and Kortsen roads in Casa Grande, Arizona, the company expects to grow its presence in the state.
“Green Bay Packaging is excited to be part of the greater Casa Grande community. The surrounding markets are a growing business community that we believe will be a great fit for the future presence of a significant GBP corrugated box operation,” said GBP Executive Vice President Bryan Hollenbach.
Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority, explained that the company’s presence highlights the continued economic growth taking place in Casa Grande and throughout Arizona.
GBP currently has a sales and distribution office in Tempe. In addition, it has a reputation as a reputable employer with a positive company culture and a commitment to maintaining high levels of safety, quality and service throughout its operations.
Newmark’s executive managing director, Si Pitstick, and general manager, Rob Stephens, represented Green Bay Packaging. The seller of the land was Auza Ranches LLC, represented by Kirk McCarville and Trey Davis of Land Advisors Organization.
“Casa Grande’s rapid growth and strategic location in Arizona have made it a prime destination for companies looking to expand or relocate,” Pitstick said.
