KoMiCo announces investment over US$50 million in Arizona
ARIZONA – KoMiCo has signed a purchase agreement to develop a state-of-the-art advanced semiconductor equipment parts cleaning, coating and repair facility in Mesa, Arizona.
Located in the Superstition Springs area of southeast Mesa, the facility is expected to be operational in 2026, creating more than 200 new jobs.
Driven by major regional expansions by giants such as Intel and TSMC, this facility will include several clean rooms, a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment and a robust suite of diagnostic tools. With an investment of more than US$50 million, the Mesa plant will be KoMiCo’s third in the United States and eighth worldwide. The 12.5-acre site and 125,000-square-foot building will be KoMiCo’s largest facility in the United States.
