BROWNSVILLE, TX – The City of Brownsville, Texas has announced the creation of a new online platform to help users find commercial real estate opportunities more easily and encourage the real estate industry.
The tool has been developed by the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation, an economic development arm of the city.
The site features an “Interactive Property Map,” designed to provide comprehensive property listings and a user-friendly experience for potential investors.
In addition, the new platform allows users to access detailed real estate information directly on the website without the need to register.
Nelson Amaro, spokesperson for Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation highlighted that the platform is available for free.
“You can filter it as you need, whether it’s parking, square footage or the number of days a property has been on the market. Every listing includes this information, and the platform updates at least 90% of the listings weekly,” Amaro added.
The map, managed through a partnership with the ReSimplify service, ensures that the information is kept current. Its weekly updates reflect new listings and sold properties.
Amaro stressed that boosting economic development is a key objective of the app’s launch and encouraged potential investors to use this new resource to explore commercial real estate opportunities throughout the city.
