Tom is Director of Sustainability, GKN Automotive, and based in the UK. He joined GKN Automotive as Director of Sustainability in January 2023 – a newly created role in the company. He leads a team of people working across different workstreams across GKN’s sustainability program, ensuring the implementation of the strategy, as well as the business’ sustainability reporting and governance. Since joining GKN, the company has made significant strides towards its sustainability targets, including: the publication of GKN’s first sustainability report in 2023 and in 2024. He arrived at GKN Automotive with more than 15 years’ experience in sustainability teams within global organisations.
