TAMPICO – Tampico will host the Tamaulipas 2025 International Energy Congress, to be held in Tampico, announced the Secretary of Energy Development of the State, José Ramón Silva Arizabalo.
During the official presentation of the congress at Expo Tampico, where this event will be held in March, Jose Ramon Silva stressed that it will serve as an update point for the industry, being key to tighten connections in the chain of suppliers operating in Tamaulipas.
An average of 80 companies are expected to participate in the congress, which will be involved in the activities of the congress.
“There are around 80 companies already confirmed; some of them belong to the hydrocarbon sector and others to the renewable energy sector. We will also have the presence of energy generation companies and large-scale international companies,” said Silva.
In addition, an economic revenue of around 50 million pesos is estimated, with an average expenditure of 1,700 pesos for each person visiting the area during the three or four days of the congress.
The Tamaulipas 2025 International Energy Congress will be held March 19-21 in Tampico, Tamaulipas, where federal government officials and representatives of companies such as Pemex and Woodside Energy are expected to participate.
Present at the announcement were Karime Cámara, director of Tourism in Tampico; Miguel Leiva Amour, president of the Tamaulipas Energy Development Cluster; David Abel Hernández, manager of AISTAC; César Reyes Ramírez de Alba, president of the CEGISTAM Cluster; and Juan Pablo Mora, of Oil and Gas Alliance.
