Ciudad Juarez will host the 2025 edition of Juarez Tech And Expo, an exhibition specializing in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), aimed at companies in the electronics and manufacturing sectors.
The event seeks to connect suppliers and manufacturers of SMT machinery, technology used in the production of electronic boards, with companies established in the region, such as Foxconn, Flex, Wistron, Pegatron, among others.
According to estimates by the organizers, business deals worth more than $4 million are expected to be finalized during the event. The exhibition is coordinated by the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA), Juarez chapter.
The program includes more than 70 exhibition modules and the attendance of at least 1,200 qualified visitors, including engineering, process, management, and purchasing department personnel from the local industry.
In addition to the stands, there will be technical conferences, networking spaces, and product demonstrations. Participating companies include Panasonic, ASM, Fuji, among others, with machinery on display estimated to be worth over $500,000.
Among the equipment on display are solutions for automated assembly, reflow ovens, robots, soldering, testing equipment, and adhesive applicators.
The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Injectronic Convention Center, located in the Bermúdez Industrial Park. Admission is free.
