Grupo Frisa and Fibra Macquarie Invest in Tijuana Industrial Park

Grupo Frisa and Fibra Macquarie have launched a new industrial development in Tijuana with an investment of approximately US$90 million. The project, known as UBIQ³ Santa Fe Business Park, includes four modern industrial buildings designed to support logistics, manufacturing, and distribution operations.

The complex will offer around 70,000 square meters of leasable space and is expected to strengthen the city’s industrial infrastructure. Local authorities highlighted the project as a sign of strong investor confidence and a driver of job creation and economic growth in the border region.

The development reinforces Tijuana’s position as a key hub for nearshoring and advanced manufacturing, supported by close cooperation between public institutions and private investors.
