Coahuila Prepares for National Industrial Convention 2026

Coahuila is moving forward with preparations to host one of Mexico’s most important business gatherings: the 2026 National Convention of CANACINTRA, which will bring together industrial leaders, entrepreneurs, and key players from across the country.

The event will take place in Saltillo, reinforcing the state’s position as a competitive industrial hub. State authorities and organizers emphasize that Coahuila offers the infrastructure, connectivity, and security conditions required to host an event of this scale.

Hundreds of participants are expected, representing more than 70 CANACINTRA delegations nationwide. Attendees will include business leaders, executives, and industry representatives, making the convention a key platform for knowledge exchange, training, and strategic partnerships.

In addition to conferences and business sessions, the program will feature networking spaces, exhibitions, and meetings with government officials at different levels. These activities aim to address current challenges and identify growth opportunities for Mexico’s industrial sector.

The convention is also expected to generate a significant economic impact for the region, boosting sectors such as hospitality, transportation, and dining, while strengthening business tourism in the state.

Coahuila’s selection as host reflects its strong industrial performance, investment attraction capacity, and sustained growth in key sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, and exports. The 2026 convention is set to further position the state as a leading destination for industrial development in northern Mexico.
