Chihuahua’s financial advantages, as well as the recuperation of public safety helped to promote foreign investment increase by up to 200% over the past four years, with record levels in employment generation, with 50,000 new jobs only in Ciudad Juarez and GDP growth above the national average.
During his work trip to this frontier, President Enrique Peña Nieto reviewed the infrastructure projects for Ciudad Juarez, reported Cesar Duarte Jaquez, Chihuahua´s Governor. Besides, he added: “The president has always listened and supported us throughout the negotiations that we have raised for the State”, noting as a reality the international bridge Guadalupe-Tornillo and the request to open the multimodal railway Jeronimo-Santa Teresa, to detonate the competitiveness of Juarez.
