During 2015 and 2016, Interpuerto Monterrey, located in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo Leon, will invest US$20 million to improve and expand infrastructure. Mauricio Garza Kalifa, Director of Interpuerto Monterrey, specified that US$5 million of the total investment, will go to the electrical substation.
As part of the deal in infrastructure, the manager said that speculative industrial buildings will be constructed, in an area of 8,000 to 10,000 square meters, which will meet the needs of those who are also seeking a space for lease.
