The firm Aetileno y Oxigeno de Coahuila (AOC), is going to build its new headquarters for its National Distribution Center and its Excellence Center for Medical and Specialty Gases, starting in 2017.
The General Director of AOC, Miguel Angel Wheelock, commented that by mid-2015 the construction of the new buildings started, spreading over a 30,000 m2 surface, with a 3,000 m2 industrial building. The investment for this project totals US$2.43 million and it will use state of the art technology to produce specialty and medical gases. Finally, Mr. Wheelock commented that 150 jobs are currently maintained in the Company, but a 10% increase in staff is being considered, since the Firm is looking to expand into other regions in Mexico.
