Quality of employment Improved in Chihuahua

CHIHUAHUA – In the last five years the quality of employment in Chihuahua increased, according to indicators of Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (Coparmex) where the entity ranks as the second state improving real wages.

Recently, Coparmex released the latest report #DataCOPARMEX of its economic indicator #MejoresEmpleos that measures the percentage of formal jobs with a salary higher than twice the welfare line established by Coneval.

According to the numbers released, Chihuahua has a 50.8% of the working population that is formally employed and has sufficient income to cover the family welfare line.

The states that increased the most their percentage of #BestEmployments in the last five years were Baja California, which rose from 50.6% to 60.8%; Chihuahua, which went from 51.2% to 59.8% and Nuevo Leon, which grew from 50.7% to 57.6%.
