RAMOS ARIZPE — With an investment of US$20 million, the British brand Foseco, a company dedicated to the foundry sector, belonging to the Vesuvius Group, announced its arrival in Coahuila, after making the installation of its plant in Ramos Arizpe official.
The industrial building located in the 360 Industrial Park, will occupy an area of 10,000 square meters and will begin operations in mid-October, generating around 200 direct jobs gradually.
Among the main clients of the Foseco plant in Coahuila and the rest of the country, are international companies such as Brembo, Caterpillar, Mahle, Teksid, Tupy, Technocast, Nemak, ASF-K, among others.
The presentation project was led by Patrick André, CEO of Vesuvius; Glen Cowie, president of Foseco; as well as Gary Wilson, vice president of Foseco for North America, who were in charge of announcing of the investment together with Miguel Ángel Riquelme, governor of Coahuila; Jaime Guerra Pérez, minister of Economy of Coahuila; and José María Morales, mayor of Ramos Arizpe.
