Universities of Sonora perform works to achieve progress in different areas of technology, especially regarding the aeronautics area. For this reason, Samuel Espinosa Guillen, Rector of the University of the State of Sonora (UES)
, and Irma Laura Murillo Lozoya, Regional Director of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) Northwest, signed a cooperation agreement, which includes research and technical and technological support. With this agreement, the INEGI made available to the student community: statistical and geographical products, bibliographic and audiovisual material, as well as access to digital databases and technical information.
