ENSENADA – The National Chamber of the Restaurant and Spiced Food Industry of Ensenada (Canirac), together with Cetys University, signed three collaboration agreements with the purpose of joining efforts and making synergy for the benefit of businessmen and workers belonging to those institutions.
The first agreement is to link and collaborate in different fields that are common to both institutions. The second refers to the academic training for workers and restaurant owners, while the third is focused on the realization of professional practices of Cetys students in restaurants affiliated with Canirac.
The academic director of Cetys, Lucía Beltrán, recognized the importance of working with the restaurant industry, since they are agents of change with which it seeks to promote productive innovation and academic projects.
For his part, the president of Canirac, Luis Alonso Tirado Fernández, highlighted the benefits that the agreements have for restaurant workers, their workers, students, the university, as well as for Canirac itself as an organization that unites about 130 companies.
