CHIHUAHUA – A delegation from Chihuahua is participating in the Mexican Delegation’s pavilion at the Hannover Messe 2024 industrial fair, held in Germany, with the intention of encouraging investment in the state.
The fair is considered the largest in the world and this year takes place from April 22 to 26 in Germany, with the presence of companies from more than 60 countries.
Norway, the guest country under the slogan “Pioneers in the green industrial transition”, will share its best practices and innovation strategies in automation, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, hydrogen economy and energy resource management.
During the opening ceremony, authorities highlighted the importance of research and talent development for the formation of the next generation of innovators, and called for immediate action to reduce carbon emissions.
In addition, at the event, different leading technology companies will present their latest findings in industrial digitalization and generative artificial intelligence, which will play an important role in addressing global challenges more efficiently.
With close to 6,000 exhibitors and more than 300,000 professional buyers, the event represents an opportunity to showcase the competitive advantages of the state of Chihuahua to potential investors, to link it with high value-added sectors, such as advanced manufacturing, new technologies, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
