CHIHUAHUA – According to the State Competitiveness Index 2024, the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness (IMCO), positioned the state of Chihuahua in fifth place among the best states to work in the country, due to its high labor market.
According to IMCO, Chihuahua is located in the scale of states with the best labor market, behind Mexico City, Nuevo Leon, Baja California Sur and Coahuila.
Within this publication, there is the labor market sub-index, which measures the efficiency of human capital, and in which Chihuahua stood out among the entities in which workers are more and better trained.
Likewise, it is highlighted that the border state has competitive and attractive salaries for talent and investment, due to the actions implemented in terms of innovation and competitiveness.
It is worth mentioning that with respect to 2023, Chihuahua climbed one position in the labor market sub-index. The State Government emphasized that it seeks to create the necessary labor conditions to promote growth and development.
