The Governor of the State of Coahuila, Ruben Moreira, disclosed that 25 new companies are arriving into the State, and five out of them are already beginning to set up.
On the other hand, the State Governor also emphasized that Coahuila, together with Chihuahua, are the states with the largest records of formal business in Mexico, with about 70% of their population employed, and as a result, this formality has also impacted attraction of investment. Besides, , 20% of vehicles that Mexico exports to various countries are produced in Ramos Arizpe and Saltillo, and there is no other state in the country that matches this figure, thus awarding Coahuila a position as the third top exporter state in Mexico.
