Chinese companies will arrive soon to Saltillo, Coahuila with an investment purpose. Ramon Jorge Montemayor, Deputy Secretary for the Ministry of Economic Development (Sedec), reported that 3 companies from the automotive and electric-electronic sector, among them Sanhua, an air conditioning coil manufacturer, will be visiting the state.
Ramon Montemayor said that more than 5 Korean investment projects are bound to arrive at the central, southern and Laguna regions. Although Economic Development authorities have mainly focused on attracting KIA´s TIER 1 suppliers, they have also contacted other automakers interested in Mexico, such as Hyundai, Jaguar and Land Rover.
