JUAREZ, CHIH – In order to strengthen ties between the industrial sector and the Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica (Conalep), the North Zone Liaison Committee meeting was held, where directors of the Juárez I, II and III campuses presented the progress of various projects.
During the meeting several topics were discussed, among them, the interest of the industrial sector to support the different areas of specialty of each of the Conalep campuses in Ciudad Juarez, in order to contribute to the best performance of the students.
The meeting also included the swearing in of Reynaldo Landa Quiralte as president of the Liaison Committee of Conalep Juarez III.
The meeting was coordinated by Sergio Colín Chávez, president of the North Zone Liaison Committee, and Eloy García Tarín, general director of the Conalep System in the state of Chihuahua.
García Tarín emphasized that this type of sessions are held periodically in the eight campuses in the state, according to the Annual Linkage Program, with the purpose of contributing to the implementation of strategies to improve the services offered by each school.
Likewise, the General Director of the Conalep System thanked the representatives of the productive sector for the actions undertaken for the transformation of the schools of this Higher Secondary Education subsystem.
The session was also attended by the Deputy Director of Liaison, Celeste Domínguez Lares; the Deputy Director of Academic Training, Lizeth Regalado Martínez; directors of the campuses and of the Technological Assistance and Services Center (CAST), liaisons and businessmen.
