Grupo Altozano invests US$263 million in Ciudad Juárez

CIUDAD JUAREZ – The governor of Chihuahua, Javier Corral, highlighted the impact that the Altozano real estate project will have on the development of Ciudad Juárez, by investing more than US$263 million, promoted and supported by the government of the state of Chihuahua.

“The news excite us because it means a significant investment for our entity, which will impact on the generation of at least 800 direct and indirect jobs, as well as the development of local supplies,” said the governor.

He added that this is a unique project in the city since it includes large green areas and a complete urban equipment. The development was open to citizens, as it addresses the aspect of the State Development Plan on sustainability and care for the environment.

“Through this project it is contemplated to plant 10,000 endemic trees, which will contribute not only in the development of Chihuahua, but also to have a green lung in this city, which can impact the temperatures during the summer, which of course represents an extraordinary advantage for future residents and for the inhabitants of Ciudad Juarez,” indicated Corral Jurado.

The governor stressed that Altozano is a unique project that will detonate development in the city.
