Grupo Misión to invest US$7 million in northern Mexico

The Mexican chain, Hoteles Misión, is to invest this year approximately US$7 million in three new hotels located in Chihuahua, Durango and Coahuila. Juan Ignacio Espinosa, regional director of Hoteles Misión, assured that the company ended 2018 with great results.

Hoteles Misión currently has eight hotels distributed in McAllen, Durango, Torreon, Saltillo, San Luis Potosi, Tampico and two in Monterrey.

“We’re always sure that positive things will happen to Mexico and that there will be growth in an economic aspect,” said Espinosa.

The regional director of Hoteles Mision explained that the new hotel located in Gomez Palacio, Durango, will offer 120 rooms, whereas the one in Parras, Coahuila, will operate with the Misión Grand format, which is a high-end branch of the company.
