Harness companies with more staff turnover: Index

CIUDAD JUAREZ – According to the Association of Maquiladoras (AMAC-INDEX Juárez), harness turn maquiladoras in Ciudad Juárez are registering the highest turnover rate.

According to Index data, for the month of October 2019, the rotation of personnel in harness maquiladoras led the list of turns with a rate of 9%.

On the other hand, the second industry that registered a greater leak is the sewing industry with a rate of 5.64%, followed by the automotive industry with 5.5%. It was also followed by the metalworking industry with 5.1%, electric with 4.9%, and electronic with 3.9%.
