JUAREZ – The Instituto de Capacitación para el Trabajo del Estado de Chihuahua (Icatech) signed an agreement with the Cámara Nacional de la Industria de la Transformación (CANACINTRA) in Ciudad Juárez to implement mechanisms to promote nearshoring on the border.
The agreement focuses on the training, certification and professionalization of the leading companies that play a leading role in the industry on Mexico’s northern border.
This strategic alliance is established as a firm step in the consolidation of nearshoring, a phenomenon that enhances the geographic proximity and collaboration between companies.
The general director of ICATECH and the president of Canacintra, Isela Molina, led the signing ceremony for a partnership that promises immediate results in the economic development of the state.
This collaboration benefits local companies and also contributes to binational negotiations with Texas and New Mexico, positioning Ciudad Juarez as a pioneer in these issues.
