Incarlopsa has acquired 67% of the American company Acornseekers, LLC, headquartered in Texas.
This acquisition allows Incarlopsa to establish itself in a country that offers a very positive outlook in the sector in which it operates, with great business opportunities.
As part of the company’s growth plans, it is planning to build a hams industry and dryer in the United States that will enable the production of quality Iberian products for sale on the American continent.
“This is an important step in the internationalization strategy that the company has been following for some years now. We have acquired a majority shareholding because, for the future development of the company, it is essential to grow in the international business”, said the CEO of Incarlopsa, Clemente Loriente.
