JUAREZ, CHIH – The Maquiladora and Export Manufacturing Industry Association (INDEX) in Ciudad Juarez held the Business Meeting 2024, a networking event that brought together key industry suppliers and buyers.
The meeting, designed to strengthen business relationships within the sector, provided a strategic platform to generate new business and collaboration opportunities.
According to INDEX, INDEX Juarez’s Business Meeting was a dynamic space where participants had the opportunity to interact directly with representatives from leading companies in the sector, promoting the exchange of ideas, products and services.

Mayra G. Maldonado, executive director of the Hunt Institute, gave a lecture entitled Recent Economic Activity in Mexico and the United States. In her presentation, Maldonado provided an in-depth analysis of current economic trends affecting both countries, highlighting key challenges and opportunities in the border region. His strategic vision and expert knowledge provided valuable insights for attendees, underscoring the importance of binational collaboration for sustained economic development.
