The Centenario Industrial Park, located in Torreon, Coahuila, seeks to attract foreign investment for the automotive, energy, aerospace, agro-food and metal-mechanic sectors. This project will allow the creation of two new companies, will benefit ten more firms, will maintain 300 jobs and will generate more employment sources.
Enrique Jacob Rocha, President of the Entrepreneur’s National Institute, stated that this Industrial Park is a commitment of the Government of Mexico supported by the Entrepreneur’s National Fund with a contribution of US$1.76 million. Mr. Jacob highlighted that these new facilities will improve competitiveness of microenterprises belonging to those sectors in the zone, incorporating them into the value chains, globally.
