CIUDAD JUAREZ – Just below cities such as Monterrey and Guanajuato, Juarez consolidated itself as the 3rd largest investment attraction in the country, in terms of square meters of manufacturing space.
According to state government information, Juarez has more than 218,000 square meters of occupation of industrial buildings.
This increases industrial competitiveness, in addition to driving the strategy of promoting and attracting investment from manufacturing industry.
At the same time, the priority sectors are the automotive industry, aerospace, biomedical, information technologies and new manufacturing technologies.
According to data from Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI), Chihuahua has 505 spaces for manufacturing establishments with IMMEX program and employs almost 400,000 workers.
