Kia Motors is about to finish the construction of its plant in Nuevo Leon and it continues with the recruiting process, expecting to reach, by the end of this year, a 43% out of the 3,000 hired employees that the workforce of the plant will have.
Currently, the Company hired 1,000 people and it plans to have 1,300 job positions by the end of 2015. Regarding the administrative personnel, Kia plans to achieve a 90% of the hired workforce. As part of its recruiting strategy, the firm will boost the gender balance in its recruitments. In addition to the 3,000 direct jobs, it is expected the creation of another 10,000 indirect jobs and 7,000 job positions on the part of the subsidiaries and the automotive supply companies.
