Kodaco goes “Mexican” with a new plant in Coahuila

Korean company MKDC Kodaco has started operations at Santa Maria Industrial Park, in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, with investment valued at US$98 million.

This automotive firm will supply aluminum parts for the steering system, braking system and transmission to clients in Mexico, the U.S. and Brazil. Kodaco’s arrival represents another important investment for Ramos Arizpe. Kwi Seung In, president of Kodaco, underscored that the Ramos Arizpe plant is the first the company owns outside of Korea, which is why it represents a new stage for the Company.
