Mexico was formally recognized as an ISTMA member in October 2018. The Asociacion Mexicana de Manufactura de Moldes y Troqueles (AMMMT), based in the city of Queretaro, has been acknowledged as the newest ISTMA member.
AMMMT was founded in 2014 and is the sole nationwide organization in die and mold industry in Mexico aiming to promote the sector’s technological and commercial development. In addition, it’s a non-profit organization with 63 company members from different regions of the country.
