The company Neapco Group of Mexico, a manufacturer of accessories and components for the automotive industry, revealed that US$84.6 million have been assigned to build a factory in the Industrial Park Mencorsa in Saltillo. The Company is expected to generate 445 direct jobs within the next five years.
The plant will be located in a 98,739 square meters area and it will begin operating in 2016, manufacturing and assembling automotive power transmission components. Coahuila is Mexico’s largest auto parts producer, contributing 18.2% of the domestic output, according to the National Auto parts Industry Association (INA).
