Sudesh Arora, CEO of Neo Tech and Armando Cabada, Mayor of Ciudad Juarez, presided over the opening of the second plant of this Company in Juarez, Chihuahua, to generate employment for 120 people. Neo Tech, with presence in city for over 15 years and a current labor force of 1,350 associates, manufactures electronic boards for different industrial specialties and is now making digital-media products.
