BAJA CALIFORNIA – About five new companies will arrive in Baja California before the end of the year and will offer about 1500 jobs, according to Ossie Diaz, director of the Tacna group.
These companies will provide work options for all municipalities in the state, mainly in the field of medicine, furniture, metal mechanics and sewing. “There are about 15 to 18 companies with which we’ve talked to, and some of them are very close to signing up and install in the entity,” he said.
Last year Tacna group brought about 20% to 25% of investments in Baja California, and this year began with three new industries that were installed in the state.
