The Economics Development Department of Ramos Arizpe informed about the construction of the new 360 Industrial Park. This is a 100% Mexican investment with a business center and water treatment plant.
Jose Carlos Robles De Las Fuentes, head of the department, mentioned that the first stage of this new park has nine industrial buildings, which will have the option to sub-divide to meet the client needs. This new complex is built over a 53 hectares surface located on the Saltillo-Monterrey highway. The second stage of this project is planned to meet the demand of the interested customers: for this second stage there is a 52 hectares surface, which will be also used for an environmental project and setting reserve. 360 Industrial Park is a real-state project and the construction from local investors from Saltillo and Ramos Arizpe, betting on a different sector from the already settled in Ramos Arizpe from the automotive industry. Robles De Las Fuentes said that the second stage of this new industrial park was planned to be part of the “automotive boom” and the arrival of Asian companies to the state.
