New Monterrey-San Luis Potosi flight to be inaugurated
MONTERREY, NL – The Government of Nuevo Leon, through the Ministry of Tourism, announced the opening of a new air route between Monterrey and San Luis Potosi, operated by TAR Aerolineas, which will begin operations in February 2025.
This connection seeks to improve connectivity between both cities and strengthen mobility in the region.
The implementation of this flight will contribute to the development of air transportation in the state and will facilitate the movement of passengers between Nuevo León and San Luis Potosí, an area of economic and industrial relevance in Mexico.
Maricarmen Martínez Villarreal, Secretary of Tourism of Nuevo León, pointed out that the incorporation of this new route responds to the need to strengthen the state’s connectivity and expand travel options for the population.
Grupo Aeroportuario Centro Norte (OMA) highlighted that the opening of this connection is part of a continuous effort to improve the air infrastructure and optimize the existing routes in the region.
Flight schedules Monterrey – San Luis Potosi Flights will have the following schedule:
* Monterrey-San Luis Potosi: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, departure 20:40 hours, arrival 21:50 hours.
* San Luis Potosi-Monterrey: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, departure 7:35 am, arrival 8:45 am.
* San Luis Potosi-Monterrey: Thursday, departure 10:30 am, arrival 11:40 am.
