According to records from the Ministry of Economy and Labor in Nuevo Leon (SEDET), Foreign Investment valued at US$6.7 billion was announced, and it has created over23, 594 new jobs.
The Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) report made by SEDET highlights that 154 new foreign investment projects from sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, logistic, home appliances, information technologies, commerce and services have come into the State. Additionally, a total of 38 foreign investment projects have been recorded during the first six months of 2017, which represent an amount of US$ 1.6 billion, to contribute to the creation of about 5,525 new direct jobs.
