REYNOSA, TAMPS – Nvent Hoffman, a global leader in electrical protection and connection solutions, inaugurated the expansion of its operations in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
The expansion, which required an investment of US$15 million, will generate 150 new direct jobs. It will also strengthen the supply chain, which represents business opportunities for local suppliers and regional development.
The Secretary of Economy of Tamaulipas, Ninfa Cantú Deándar, attended the inauguration and highlighted the importance of this investment as a clear indicator of the dynamism of the state’s economy.
“Nvent Hoffman has chosen Reynosa and Tamaulipas as strategic destinations to invest and continue growing, which reflects confidence in our business-friendly environment and contributes to the growth and well-being of our community,” said Secretary Cantú.
Nvent Hoffman executives, present at the ceremony, expressed their satisfaction with the choice of Reynosa as the site for this expansion, highlighting the confidence in the region and the positive projection for the future.
Carlos Peña, Reynosa’s mayor, also participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony, highlighting Reynosa’s strengths in attracting investment and the teamwork with the state government and the industrial sector.
This expansion is a sign of Nvent Hoffman’s commitment to the growth of Tamaulipas and its contribution to the economic and social development of the region.
