PHOENIX – The Secretariat of Education and Culture (SEC) and the Arizona State University (ASU), recently analyzed mechanisms to implement a hybrid online system education (face-to-face) for teachers and thus strengthen teaching in topics aimed at the aerospace sector.
This, in order to reinforce the capacities of Higher Education Institutions (IES) in Sonora, announced Víctor Guerrero González, minister of Education and Culture, after meeting with executives from the Arizona State University.
The head of the SEC, met with Rafael Rangel Sostmann, advisor to the president of ASU; Paola García, director of Mexico and Latin America’s initiatives in the University Affairs’ Office and Julie Young, attached vice president of Educational Services for Students, of ASU, to whom was announced the digital platform “Universidad Sonora 3.0”
Guerrero Gonzalez stressed that the objective of said meeting, is that the universities on both sides of the border lead the exchange of successful projects. In addition, the members of both committees also addressed topics such as the Arizona State University Aerospace School Program.
