The State of Baja California, according to the promotion activities conducted by the Administration of the Governor Francisco Vega de Lamadrid, participated in the event “Mexico Day Aerospace”, conducted in Munich, which presented the perfect occasion to showcase the capacities Baja California’s aerospace sector has achieved, which established this State as a national leader.
With collaboration from the Industrial Chamber of Commerce (IHK) of the Bavaria region, ProMexico and the Bavaria Cluster, a seminary about the growing aerospace industry in Mexico was held, where Baja California was considered a special guest to give testimony of the development levels accomplished. There was talk about the strati graphical location to facilitate U.S. exports, its leadership regarding number of IMMEX companies (920), its 50 years of experience in processes aerospace and the 93 companies concentrated.
